Maybe someday we'll see a summary of those interviews in a SEC Complaint.

If the latest 2 lawsuits, including Joel being a fugitive from a criminal case(!) haven't convinced bagholders that Joel is a lying POS, I don't know what will. We have seen such interviews in numerous past SEC cases, and there is always a die-hard group that is convinced management are all honest and hard-working saints who did everything they could for the shareholders. In reality, they did everything they could TO the shareholders - to steal all their money.
