Or a reverse split will be needed, at best an increase in share authorization to accommodate dilution. The share price may need to drop fast ahead of the dilution already planned and any new stuff to pay for "acquisitions" or their losses and huge salaries. They certainly have no other way to pay, given the fact that they are not now paying all their obligations, per financials. Hopefully more of this is paid this year. It is only shares, right?
