I agree but they said 50 fold over a free ligand. What is a free ligand? How effective was the free ligand to start with? and how is it relative to the total efficacy of the drug in general, and say they self assemble the micelles with a flu fighting drug such as tamiflu or their own inhibitor and add the engineered ligand would that be 50x and then what ever the inhibitor would do? Lots of questions, maybe we will get some clarity in the coming weeks. Thanks
