They will only sell when SEO agrees to the price. The SEC prohibits any insider from buying stock and then selling or accepting a buyout or buy-in within 6 month after the last buy. Having said that, no one knows for sure what Chrome got for it's 250K and if they got Convertible Notes that may also preclude Chrome.
