EXCELLENT sippet! This might actually produce results. After all the effort Ray & Aldo, and many others, put into this monstrosity, the one thing it lacked was...THE LIGHT OF DAY. As long as they, including that sorry judge, kept this behind court room doors and out of the media, they could control it. If he shorted their ass to hell, the financial media, at least them, would take this into PUBLIC view.
Would be nice if Aldo could get would and HE gives him a call. He'd have all the ammo that he needed.

Also don't forget we are still debt holders of Ligado Network (Lightsquared).
On June 20th if they get a favorite vote from FCC, they would need money to
implement their plan to be the fifth wireless carrier network of the nation. So they will probably issue IPO this year (around $5B) and we should get our shares there.
