Funny how Poynt mentioned sprylogic! Makes ya wonder why would they know since they are Cali based and PNYTF shell is owned by PNYTF SHAREHOLDERS and Brad Murray Senior VP of Tech. Heck, Whois says the domain was updated Jan 2016, so Poynt does not own this domain name IMO!
We all know Poynt.com has nothing to do with this business but!! When you look at the DD I listed with the WHOIS search, it shows PNYTF logo under website with the words "The Smart Terminal".
Also, this is the first time POYNT acknowledged sprylogics, how did they know who they are ??
