I dont know about FB, but TTCM only has 530M float and 3B OS, from the 3B OS are 2,4B OS in insider/ dir hands and wont get sold, or a form 144 needs to fore come. And so long dirs are dirs and so long no form 144 filling, so long those 2,4B shares cant get sold in to the Markets without a form 144 filling. In short, seeing Dirs selling its shares is equal to 0, or just with a form 144 filling.
