I get it. SAKL 582M shares are not restricted per TA but I think it should be mentioned that over 50% of commons are held by GRNE company.

I don't think there's anything wrong with adding info from last 10k that :

Richard Surber may be deemed a beneficial owner of 679,891,150 shares of the Company's common stock by virtue of his position as an officer and director of Sack Lunch Productions Inc. and of 10,000,000 shares of Super Voting Preferred by virtue of his positions with Sack Lunch Productions, Inc.
