Look at the Q peer with larger SS (448M/1B shares OS/AS) and just $10M worthy Assets: it hit 0.0135 a couple of weeks ago and it also hit the Penny Land again again just a day ago! FEECQ only has 346M/0.5B shares OS/AS and $110M worthy Assets but it was traded at as low as 0.0002 today which is really ridiculous!
