#33919 RE: DUCKOHOLIC #33916

Why does GDSI want to increase stocks to 2 billion? The answer is: All the stocks that are being traded now do not help GDSI financially. They were sold by the company to raise capital. Now they are traded between stock buyers and sellers with no gain for GDSI or Sully. If GDSI issues another 1.5 billion or so shares it is another stock offering and that money goes right into GDSI and Sully's pocket. Just think of what you are holding now and its price. Then add another 1.5 billion shares. What will it be worth then? Even if the deal does go thru. If Apple added another 1.5 billion shares to the open market do you think the price would stay the same?
