RE: DTC Non-eligible list- i guess you do have to log in to TK to see that link for the DTC noneligible or more accurately, Non-tradeable Securities, list. sorry about that.
btw I don't recommend Tradeking unless you can really keep on top of things, because they have hidden fees such as the Inactivity fee- $50 charge if you don't trade for a whole year.
