IN THE KNOW u are one confident guy. Hope u are right. I'm not going anywhere until we get news one way or the other but have u ever seen anything like this before? I mean this ceo asking to dilute with 2 Billion shares without even an inkling of news if GDSI is even trying to work out the dea or if a deal still existsl. It's no wonder almost everybody bailed out. I know time will tell but enough is enough don't y'all think?????????

The contract and burden of proof only matters if there ever is a lawsuit which has not been stated yet.

GDSI already has two pending lawsuits they need to clear and pay for yet.
