Joel is a fugitive in a criminal case. I doubt he will be able to travel abroad for some time.
But that must have been awkward when he was busted in Arizona for the criminal case in another jurisdiction that he clearly thought he could run away from.
It is also further proof Joel is a career con-man and liar.
