The Justice Department sent a letter to North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory, informing him that the state’s controversial “bathroom law” is in violation of the Civil Rights Act, according to the Charlotte Observer.

Justice officials gave the governor until Monday to confirm “that the State will not comply with or implement HB2.”
House Bill 2 has been widely condemned by LGBT rights supporters for requiring transgender people to use bathrooms designated for their biological sex. The letter says that the law goes against Title IX of the Civil Rights Act, which prohibits gender discrimination in education.

I heard someone mention Susanna Martenez the
Gov of New Mexico. I think it should be someone with military experience. But it should be a general of admiral because they didn't get there without political savvey.
