That would be a valid point in 2014 and half of 2015, But EPA and Retired EPA board member and IF just come on board around Aug. of 2015.

Now it's a new ball game...... IF has a proven HCTI product for sale as we speak, production now R&D complete, shoot they even went as far to create an LLC.... Wonder why???, Oh!!!!.... They just got back from DC from a follow up.... Again wonder why???
