I did the same thing, but only once and they have not responded to me. I simply asked them, what is the method of going public and they do they think it may happen. Asked the question as an investor, no response yet, this was about 2 weeks ago. They are tight lipped, but I think it's around the corner.

God this $#%+ might actually happen for real. It was kind of odd to hear sporty or zebra man (no offense), claim they "heard" something, which could or could not be possible. I like both of those guys.

However, your claim is more legit because I remember Marc Smith's name from an old article I read about Klean in 2013, oddly enough, the same year they wanted to go public.

Nice! Seems to me they would have put this to rest already if they were not going public through ASUV. There's no doubt in my mind that they have been "inundated with requests" It wouldn't hurt anything for them to say hey guys stop ringing our phones of the hook and bombarding us with emails, we're not merging with Harmonic.
