You might be right that it was a cover, we'll have to wait and find out.

EDIT: Also, I'm sorry I was hard on you earlier; I'm just frustrated with people using the OTC Short Report to manipulate people's emotions and pump/bash a stock.

I'm not saying you were doing it deliberately, but it happens enough that it's grating to me.
