Thats a good question but you asked the wrong person... Those questions should be directed to the transfer agent as investor relations would not know an the transfer agent keeps track of all trades...I assume all shares authorized are outstanding. But the transfer agent, if authorized will tell you in addition o outstanding the float, warrants if any outstanding etc... I don't know who SD transfer agent is
