It IS!!! The CURRENT PPS is the result of One (if not just a few) that sold--Check the post history vs the huge DROP.
NO DEMAND--shares drop like a rock.
I DISLIKE this CO. If and only if it has decent vol--it will pop.
Over 10 years of bs(probably longer).
Development stage -HUH--15 years!!!
