to short or conspire with anyone to manipulate the pps down. They are only to get 30% premium of the 3 lowest priced days.(weighted avg)
Funny how we had people here tell us to csell at .04 before the S-1. Then it went to .02 and the lender got 3 times as many shares because of the weighted avg.
