Has he been there to see what is going on or just his speculation! He knows so much about the facility yet he has never been there! Hmmmmmmm...... I guess it's just his opinion!
Sure, the SpillSuck is shipping from HEMP's Spring Hope facility, and it may have been bagged there, but it was made in Snow Hill, at the Biotech Mills/Kenactive plant before it was bought and moved by HEMP to the new building.
The 200K pounds of FiberZorb, AKA SpillSuck, was came with the inventory at the plant:
The reassembly of the mill had yet to be started when HEMP installed the Silo a few weeks ago. Watch HEMP's vid on the silo installation, and note in the first 40 seconds, the two green pieces of equipment on the grass near the cranes:
Now, take a look at the following image, which shows one of those pieces and where it was located in the mill at the Snow Hill location before it was disassembled. Note that the top of this machinery is at least 15 - 20 feet tall, and the overall height of the mill probably exceeds the building height by 5 - 10 feet, based on the video. This would not fit within HEMP's building and will sit near the silo, just as it did at the old plant:
We have yet to see any photos or vids of this equipment being placed, and there is no mention of the MacTavish line, for separating and cleaning the core material before it goes to the mill.
I strongly suggest you watch the videos, where they talk about the timelines involved, where Schmitt typically says that the major assemblies (decorticator, MacTavish and Mill) will each take 60 - 90 days (of course, the decorticator has so far taken one year).
As can be seen from the silo vid, none of the external milling equipment had been placed, let alone hooked-up, so how is it possible that the mill is operational?
