I think the share count is way more than 65 million

They give 400K shares away for a little poorly-constructed PR. They wouldn't give even .6% of the company away for so little unless a) the company really is worthless or b) there are way, way more shares out or c) both.

The answer is c.

Remember, there is only one reason to mute the transfer agent and that is to deliberately mislead.

The reason to mislead is obvious. It's worked preety well, too.
