Come on guys, the "short" interest is rising with volume because these MMs will sell shares they don't have and then almost immediately cover. It is how the OTC works.

If the bi-weekly data doesn't back up the daily numbers, the daily numbers are wrong.

These conversations occur on every OTC stock MB.
