Forget it... You still don't understand the game and how it's played here in pinkie land. You can spout all you want about regulations and the underhanded things that go on with this segment of investing to which I do agree with most of what you wrote, but the reality of it is just the opposite. There are literally hundreds of con companies that operate here in pinky land and I would welcome the government agencies to monitor this sector with more vigor and prosecutions but it doesn't and we as investors in many cases get taken by people just like Fong and his buddies. This is exactly why pinky investing is not for everyone. That is why "EVERY" brokerage house, financial adviser and banking people warn us to stay away from this type investing unless you have money to loose.
Good luck though.... Just don't be fooled by AFPW and its latest news because this isn't new news at all it is recycled news from 2010/11 when Fong had plenty of us believing this was a real company with real ideas. It afforded Fong the ability to dilute every single day till most of us finally realized this was a con game and that's when all activity stopped. He has tried to fool us with new company directional changes which never happened and now has returned to the lithium battery scam again. You can only be fooled so may times and Fong is disparate now. The same goes for his other 2 scams GRAS and FFFC. Be Warned folks!!!
