Two things:

1) Why on CVSU's website and on the OTCBB.com website it shows that a trade went through at $1.30 after 4PM?? IF so is that the closing price or is it $1.03?

2) The Short data is available now on OTCBB.com and it shows that approx. 45,000 shares of FHAL have been shorted as of now and there is one day to cover those shorts, does this have anything to do with the drop at the end of the day??? And is 45,000 a good number for us those are invested in FHAL?

THIS IS ALL IT WAS:

the exchnage of Company Shares might take 90-120 days

Cert Exchange: Rufus I believe was talking about any CVSU holders exchanging thier certs into FHAL certs or if the $15 deal was taken would have to excahnge certs.

Later he specifically said was waiting on Nasdaq to give them CUSIP number and and expected this would be done within the week.. Could come at anytime and the price would be reset etc..
