IMO after 4 1/2 months of PR's from SMME going back to January, they came out with Two filings. OS increase to 300 MILLION and SMME revision of By-Laws. With a two week moratorium on PR's. Would guess, using SMME History as a guide, frequency of PR's will increase again. Hyping the PROBLEM which they hope translates int a Higher PPS as they are in need of FUNDS.
