436,000 is all of the original investors , the rest is owned by the CEO and employee intensives as restricted to sec rules the way I understand it. Insiders restricted to no more than 1 months Volume in a 3 month period. That Ties up the majority of those shares at the transfer agent to increments.

So the Float would be 436,000 is the way I understand it, for ales,436,000 shares are the original free trading shares of Bay Hawk Ales share holders.
