tarvacin, it has been trown out by the Judge years ago, 3 times in a row.

So yes the CA is a sham. Pure lingering. The Judge even warned them the second time that plaintiff could not file in opposition of the verdict again with the same arguments.

If class action was a sham it would have been thrown out by the Judge years ago.

While 3 times in a row plaintiffs listings where at the best 30 pages, sometimes only 1, now in this appeal it was 300 if my memory serves me.

A court of appeal is not just ONE Judge, its a panel. They must ALL read and understand what is in it. So the (about) PAST year nothing happened. We were/are just waiting. And that 'waiting' is part of the strategy.
