Where has it ever been stated that there is an exclusive requirement for a national deal? The storyline used to be that the product was just disappearing as part of a brilliant negotiation tactic.

I rate statements like this right up there with the classic "$1 in 2016" statements. Only someone who's truly grasping at straws would put ANY credence in them without solid FACTUAL proof.
