Not at all. I'm saying that they usually use "Naked Shorting" as an excuse to the drop in PPS, when in reality, it is something else, like diluting.

Currently, as of July, GFCI has a short interest of 107,141 shares. You tell me if a little over 100K short shares is causing the drop in PPS for this stock.
