It won't sell well because - in addition to the reasons you have listed - what national chain is going to sell a cannabis related product? Like it or not, there is still a significant portion of the buying public that associates cannabis related products with bad drugs - even though many of us are aware that it isn't.
There might be some sales in vape shots or similar outlets but I doubt you will ever see it in Walmart or Kroger or whatever flavor of the day national account that is being kicked around.
