Ok, misunderstanding on my part. The questioning of why they haven't served or filed on other companies made me think you thought nothing was taking place. Serving, filing against other companies is not without cost, as I'm sure you are aware. Service will start certain procedures and why not wait if talks are moving in some way. I am just giving one explanation, I am not saying this as fact or giving this as any absolute. Thanks.

Not only is this true, but the odds are extremely high that this Hail Mary pass by Vplm hasn't been caught. You can only look up at the sky outside your restaurant for so long and beg the ether to bring you a white knight. Playing chicken with service is over, it is time to serve and get on with it.
