The first step to recovery is admitting you were scammed. They stole more than I would like to admit.
It's the OTC where if your company doesn't have money you just print more shares and put them into the market. Company doesn't even have to tell anyone. No repercussions. That is what they do.
If risk was one of those guys dumping his shares, good for him. It was that or stay lied to holding worthless paper like the rest of us.
