Klean is a commercial provider of incineration, gasification and pyrolysis based technologies for the recovery of valuable resources and clean energy from waste. One of Klean's specialties is converting Municipal Solid Waste into electricity. What sets Klean apart from all others when processing tires is the ability to convert the tire char into a valuable end product with well-established end users in a multitude of product applications. This is accomplished using Klean's advanced upgrading technology that produces a recovered carbon black ("rCB") which is a key end product that is upgraded through a patented multi-stage refining process known as Klean Carbon CBk process. As far as the company is aware, the Klean Team is currently the only group re-integrating recovered carbon black in new tires with major tire manufacturers around the globe.
