It's only good for the company in that they can dilute more. For common holders it's potentially devastating, more so when coupled with the RS. The bait and switch by the company speaks to their general contempt for investors. Bait to slow their bleeding and facilitate bag holding, switch to reveal true intentions. It's the OTC though, business ethics and aptitude are predominantly non-existent. They have a lot to dump post RS, might be a decent pump 4 days or so post RS as they run the OS back up and the PPS down from the post RS PPS, guessing .010 IMO, could be a little higher or lower, time will tell.

It is a good thing so the company can do more toxic financing and raise more cash to pay themselves. It is a great thing for them, how can you not see that?

I just smh and lmao at the spin being put on this.
First it's insisted that the A/S WILL be 400 million...that IR confirmed it.
Then when IR recants, and it's discovered that the A/S will remain at 1.6 billion,
we are told how great it all is.

We don't know everything...
Just be patient...

I do know this.
The company has blown through 1.5 billion shares in the past 18 months.
They increased the outstanding shares more in the ONE month between the Pre 14C and the 10K filings
than they had outstanding 18 monthes ago.
And have just given themselves the ability to do it all over again.

There are one heck of a lot of "related party" deals going on.
Some "related party" got an obscene amount of shares and warrants, as payment for a rather small amount compared to what they received, and no one seems in the least concerned.
Same with the "consultant" and their compensation.

Maybe I am just too cynical, but I do not believe for one minute that these people "care" about the retail shareholders.
IF the company is really about to make it big?
Then I'd be wondering if the insiders were trying to figure out a way to kick the retail shareholders to the curb,
while they pocket the profits.

I'm just here watching the story unfold.
And ROTFLMAO
