OK looking at others cases it looks like whenever a Hearing for Compensation is excepted and set by the courts then they send out a BCN to shareholders of record. This has nothing stating that any shares or lost or not, that is something that would have to be found out in the reorganization documents. This is just to inform the shareholders of a hearing.
If you look at docket 43 you'll see that the Attorney filed one on 4/26, then it looks like there was a hearing on 4/28. At that time they assigned a trial date of 5/26 for the parties.

Then on 4/29 the BCN was filed and on 4/30 it was entered.
