the difference will be between how rec and medical are taxed. rec will end up costing more because of the higher tax. It will incentivize the user to become a medical user for reasons of cost and tax deductibility. This is how I see this playing out in the end. The habitual user will want to go the medicinal route. In the end both rec and medicinal users will and can smoke the same ganja it will come down to what the consumer will pay and how much the government will collect. Just my food for thought. And in MMPR users case it will be a win win. buy the medical and redistribute as recreational collecting the profit and deductibility :) ( but that method will come with risks for being a criminal, risk reward?)
