Why would a stock speculator, such as most public shareholders in ELTP, opt on the side of caution

Better to side on caution rather than go the other way.

When FDA approval is a 90% certainty?

Approval is a 90% chance as it now stands.

Wouldnt it make much more sense that NOW is the time to be loading up because the odds of approval are so stacked in your favor?

JJ, Elite was mentioned in the article. People feel as though, if repeated enough times, people will forget. I think, IMHO, some were thrown off because the article referred to Elite, instead of ELTP. Without proper DD, cut and paste only allows the use of the stock symbol.
