I am going to assume you have absolutely no proof to your statement that Wyoming is "going after" Vakser for fraud. LOL!!!

Has Vakser been indicted? The answer is of course not.

Wyoming is a business friendly state they would be one of the last states to accuse a corporate officer/Director of fraud - it would be bad for business. That is why what you posted is guaranteed to be 100% inaccurate.

Here is why it is BS that Wyoming is prosecuting Vakser for fraud.

The Annual Report was filed with the Wyoming SOS on 04/26 and a amended Annual Report was filed on 04/29.

You are posting that since 04/26 the Attorney General has received a complaint - there has been a investigation and Vakser has been indicted.

Sorry, this myth has been busted.
