What I suggest is that all shareholders contact the authorities in VANCOUVER and Canada if you feel FRANK has engaged in stock manipulation fraud. I AM STILL PLANNING ON FILING A DERIVATIVE SUIT ON BEHALF OF ALL SHAREHOLDERS, whether we win or not who knows but from my past experiences it will lead to management shakeup and many times once an action is filed then the authorities might jump in and remove frank and possibly charge him with stock fraud.The only thing us shareholders can do is vice our complaints to the authorities and file an action against the company and FRANK, everything else is HOT AIR.
