Pacific Drilling S.A. (PACD) today announced a net loss for first-quarter 2016 of $2.5 million or $0.01 per diluted share, compared to a net loss of $13.6 million or $0.06 per diluted share for fourth-quarter 2015 and net income of $51.7 million or $0.24 per diluted share for first-quarter 2015.
