Likely because the OS has blown up. And, IMO, according to today's fluff PR, Vanis is greasing the wheels for the $470,000 plus interest due in February. Ironically, the product will not be released until after this scheduled round of massive dilution, if at all...typical Vanis, pump, print, rinse, wash, repeat...proven by every action, match up all historical PR's to the years and years of failure and obscene dilution, facts are hard to deny when they can be verified by public statements, filings, and corresponding charts.
