That site is dated in the year 2000. It does not even list Charles D'Alberto as being connected with the company at that time.

From the Perla Website:

"The company was founded in 2007 by entrepreneur, Charles D'Alberto."

Note the 2007 founding!

You should take that sticky down since it appears inaccurate.
