Yeah, for two reasons. Pain medication is worth more than breadcrumbs, and they didn't buy Epic for their generic drugs.

Elite has 20 plus FDA approved generics
Plus 17 ADF opiods including North Americas first 24 hour once per day Oxy.
Anyone buying Elite would become the leader by controlling the future gold standard in the ADF pain market.
