Aren't you guys exaggerating this a bit? 100:1 RS...sell off everything but Avid for what we can get? Wow, talk about throwing in the towel. I know things look bad, but it isn't the end....not by a long shot. I suggest calm until the CC....then if there isn't any clarity you can panic.
Obviously, a few of you have never followed small bios before. They can, if they want and we do nothing, raise money over and over at pennies. IMO if they choose to go that way we need to do whatever we can to throw them out. If we are going to be diluted into oblivion, I sure don't want the current team to be leading the company.
