Charts are rather useless for:

A company whose stock is worth 2 cents and whose value is 100% dependent on the outcome of a review of their patents = binary

Do you use charts to trade call options on a venture stage biotech company with one drug? Nope!

I like your chart. I see a nice multi point positive divergence there. If we can just get through this overhang we should set up nicely for a up move.
