Paul, 1:10 or 1:20 RS is likely as a 1:100 RS is too steep even for PPHM. Now, if another RS comes down the road, then you might get to the 1:100 cumulatively.
You keep talking about slashing payroll but have we figured out how many of the employees work for Avid? I think it will surprise you.
