It's not over yet my sad sack friend. The average white collar crime takes years and years to reach the prison end of the story. I investigate fraud daily. Mainly insurance fraud. The average fraudsters scams the Insurance company for eight years before getting stopped by prosecution. In that eight years , there are dozens of complaints and dozens of investigations into that fraudster. Many times The adjusters know the person is dirty from day one, and like I said nothing, no prosecution till eight years later,it's a process . But if you look at the writing on the wall with Brian Weber ,you can see that things are not going well for him at this point. He was arrested for check fraud federally in December in case you didn't know. Personally,I think we have another couple years before Brian Weber sees prison. But pay attention folks because webers world is falling apart all around him. He is not a criminal living the highlife anymore He is basically in hiding, and that's a fact he doesn't answer his phone calls,he doesn't answer his emails. We are witnessing the final stages of the criminals life cycle.
