It's not a material event to move a deal to be finalized. The finalization of the deal is the material event

My reply to you was in regards to your post# 5982

"April 25 was the 4th business day from April 19."

I was correcting your comment which I interpreted you saying April 25th was the 4th business day so we should have heard something about the deal.

I replied saying that it is not 4 business days from the date of a "proposed deal" but 4 business days from the closing of said deal.

Any who with that said you answered your own question if I believe the company to do that based on the 10 of millions of shares I own. I plan to buy more opening bell on Monday.
