I do have to say that cheynew makes some great contributions and we should be glad that contributors here have such varied and broad-spectrum of backgrounds and experience.

Of course, and I agree. Many posters make invaluable contributions,
but in stressful situations, where we have no control, we sometimes make emotional statements.
